About Aaron Melendez
Hello I am a high school graduate from Colony High School. Now I go to Chaffey College studying art and multimeadia. I am very interested in graphic design as career. I enjoy the creative challenges of working with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Deamweaver. Working in the graphic design industry you need to have the skills that involve, developing web content, illustration, photo manipulation, and photography. I am a certified Adobe Photoshop CS6 and CS4 expert.

Websites/Templates
These websites I made on Photoshop. Then put into dreamweaver to be linked. Carol Can Cook is a real website. It's a food blog. Carol blogs about her experiences, challenges, and opinions on cooking. Carol also blogs about baking. The Cold Nation website is not up yet but me and my partner hope to get it up in the near future. The Cold Nation is a skateboarding brand that my partner made up. We hope that we could really get this going. The Native foods was just a testing template. Which means I made up a fake website to see if I liked the template that I made.
Business Cards/Logos
I make these logos for various businesses and sole proprietors. All of them are made by me I never use stock photography or art.
Posters/Illustrations
The first four works are from my propaganda/street art project. It was about why does everything have to be made in China, and the effect it has on the American workforce. The next one is my poster on bullying. This poster is showing the different types of bullying, how it affects everyone, and how to get help. The next set of works are of my illustrations. Dale is a zombie that doesn't really act like one. The next illustration is Sonny the cat. Then it shows my sketched skateboard designs.
Photography
My photographs are based on my interest, such as cars, bikes, nature, people, and architecture. I take pictures of classic cars because they are beautiful. Cars in general make good subjects for photos because they are eye catching, unique, and create good diagonals. I want to have a vintage style in my photography because I grew up around classic cars my whole life. It was always something that caught my attention. My work is influenced by my life experiences so far. I am very creative person, so taking pictures comes natural to me. I also take portrait shots for up coming actors. I go by the name of Coast photography.
